ORDERING PROCESS

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Due to our products being handmade, order processing can take 5-10 business daysexcluding weekendsnational holidays & shipping time

Once your order is ready for shipment & has been received by the postal carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. 

Please be advised that, while we will do our best to assist you, should there be any delays or postal service issues we will not be held responsible for any packages, once they have left our facility & are with the postal carrier.

 **Please take this into consideration, prior to submitting your order.  

I WANT TO CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER

 Unfortunately, once an order is submitted, we will not be able to process any order changes and/or cancellations. 

It is highly advised that you are 100% sure of your purchase order, as we process all orders immediately. 

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS CAN YOU FIX THIS?

Unfortunately, we aren’t able to modify any shipping addresses once an order has been submitted. 

Any order that is returned to our facility, under any circumstance, will require a re-shipping fee. No refund will be given

WHY DO YOU CHOOSE NOT TO USE COCONUT OIL?

While coconut oil provides a decent amount of skin benefits, through our own research & personal testing, we have found there are alternatives that work even better, along with that, we understand some people also have allergens or skin sensitivity to Coconut oil. Studies also show that Coconut Oil can have an adverse affect on skin's ability to stay moisturized.

Knowing what you're putting on your body is just as important as what you put inside of your body. Your body absorbs what you feed it, treat it well! 

ARE YOU COMPLETELY ZERO WASTE?

Our products come in completely zero waste packaging. This means that everything that is shipped to your house can be recycled, reused, or composted. We do this in hopes that our products will be given a second life, and won't end up in landfills. However, some of the wholesalers that we currently source from don't exhibit the same zero waste values. We are working to change this, and that will become easier as Koree's Kare grows. Thank you for your patience!

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN OR TESTED ON ANIMALS?

All of our products & ingredients are vegan friendly, organic, and we do not test on animals.

CAN I USE YOUR PRODUCTS ON MY CHILD?

Sure thing! We recommend our Unscented whipped body butter (COMING SOON), as it is very gentle and helps to keep the skin soft and moisturized.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS WILL WORK FOR ME?

We always suggest going for our products that are unscented and therefore, geared towards sensitive skin, these products are very gentle to the skin & will gradually help your skin to become more receptive to change. 

We recommend to always do a small test patch before committing to a full usage.

I HAVE A SPECIFIC ALLERGY, CAN I STILL USE YOUR PRODUCTS?

We do our best to formulate & offer a variety of products that caters to everyone, we take allergies very seriously, if you have any concerns, please email us & we will assist you properly.

We do have occasional sales & any time that we do, we always send out newsletters that will provide you with a discount code, so be sure to sign up & stay updated!
